Guiyang shines at CITM 2025

A delegation of 23 cultural and tourism enterprises from Guizhou province participated in the 2025 China International Travel Mart (CITM 2025), held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hainan province from Dec 19 to 21.

Themed "Hello! China", the event attracted travel agencies from over 100 countries and regions. The Guizhou booth integrated karst landform elements with modern exhibition design, featuring functional areas such as intangible cultural heritage creative products, specialty cuisine, and enterprise negotiation.

At the exhibition area, enterprises from various cities and prefectures showcased Guizhou's cultural and tourism image through product exhibitions, route recommendations, and promotional videos.

During the event, Guizhou's travel agencies established nearly 200 customer-source exchanges and cooperation intentions with domestic and international merchants. "We cater to the preferences of young tourists by integrating light hiking, folk experiences, and village super league into traditional routes, which have attracted the attention of many overseas travel agencies," said a representative of a Guiyang tourism company.

The Guiyang bureau of culture and tourism and the Guizhou Tourism Industry Development Group Co also held a promotional event on Dec 20, introducing Guiyang's tourism resources and investment projects.
