Flight FY8840, carrying 162 international passengers, landed at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on March 7, marking the inauguration of a regular route between Guiyang and Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The Guiyang-Johor Bahru route is now the third air link between Guiyang and Malaysia. With one round-trip flight per week, it not only provides travelers from both cities with more convenient travel options but also promotes tourism, business, and cultural exchanges, injecting new momentum into Guizhou's high-quality development.
To ensure safe, efficient operation for the inaugural flight, the Guiyang Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection formulated a science-based service support plan in advance, comprehensively optimized inspection procedures, and deployed personnel to facilitate the rapid and orderly clearance of passengers.
