The Shenzhen Selection Sub-Center of the Guizhou Premium Products Global Selection and Incubation Center officially opened its doors on May 27.
Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) will utilize the opening-up advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to empower the export of Guizhou's specialty products, building an important bridge for their regular entry into global markets.
Located in the Shenzhen RCEP National Pavilion, the center marks a key extension of Guiyang FTZ's opening-up platform into the Greater Bay Area, establishing a new foreign trade model of "incubation within the province, showcase in the Greater Bay Area, and global sales."
The RCEP National Pavilion in Yantian district, Shenzhen, is the country's first physical RCEP agricultural trade cooperation venue. Characterized by a high level of opening-up and strong resource gathering, it has served since its launch in 2023 as a key platform for international economic and trade matchmaking and resource integration. It now hosts specialty exhibition platforms from 27 provinces across China, making it an important hub for domestic products to connect with RCEP markets and expand into global trade.
The newly opened center, also called the "Qianmao Pavilion", is located on the third floor of the RCEP National Pavilion. Spanning an exhibition area of approximately 140 square meters, it features two main themed zones: "Food Exhibition Area" and "Art Exhibition Area". More than 100 varieties of Guizhou specialty products are on display, including Miao embroidery cultural and creative products, authentic agricultural goods, and fine silver ornaments.
Through an integrated operation model combining "selection, display, trading, and services", the center aims to help Guizhou's micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises address key challenges, such as export barriers, weak branding, and high logistics costs, thereby helping Guizhou products reach global markets more efficiently.
During the opening ceremony, a representative from Guiyang FTZ delivered a special promotional presentation. Government and business representatives from Guizhou and Guangdong also held discussions on platform co-development, resource sharing, and channel expansion, further consolidating cooperation consensus.
